We will meet every Tuesday evening for two hours for an eight-week Art Discovery workshop. This will cover the same material as the weekend workshop but allow more discovery time.

What materials do we need?
Art Supplies: (you likely already have around the house)

Who is it for?
This event is for any Creative Spirit who feels creatively stuck or wants to discover more of herself through art. No experience is necessary – just a willingness to pick up a brush.

Will we be critiquing the art?
No! We do not believe in critiquing artwork in general. We don’t find it therapeutic or supportive to the art maker. You will be supported and encouraged through the process.
We will share and process in small groups to receive feedback and inspiration as you go through the process.
Can I use something other than acrylics?
No, for the specific process we are doing in this event, acrylics are necessary.
We love all mediums but acrylics offer a quick dry time and ability to build up layers that we need for this experiential.
What If I need to purchase something? Do you have Amazon links?
Yes. The link to my Amazon list is below. You can also go to Michael’s, TJMax or other places to get paints and canvas at a discount. You don’t need to purchase everything on the list, I have different options and some extras for fun.
What if I miss some of the live class?
We will record the entire session each day. If you miss anything, you can watch the recording afterward.
We do not offer refunds on the retreat because you will receive the recordings and have access to the extra materials.
Do you teach techniques?
Yes, we will be teaching you drawing and painting techniques that will help you create an image you feel proud of while also learning to listen to the wisdom of the image and trust what wants to happen.
